Added a day counter under the header. Took a little bit of messing around with the second timer on this page but I think it was worth it.
I just like things to be fancy. Is that such a crime?

Plyometrics is the one video that, so far, has emphasized Nick’s theory that Tony Horton - P90X’s creator - was just one of those nerds that got tired of being picked on. Because he’s just a strange fellow. But that aside, it wasn’t all that bad today. Sweating like a motherfucker, yes, but it was certainly easier than last week. As Nick pointed out in his post, it’s better to do during the day.
Now a quick rest and then recovery drink and then probably rest again forever.

Plyometrics was rather easy today, I must say. It’s amazing how much difference there is when you exercise early in the day as opposed to really late at night. And now that our lungs are all nice and stretched out, chorus rehearsal should go smoothly in a few hours.
