Other than that, I actually cut back on the back workout today and just did a lot more chest. Because that’s what I need. So yes.
And then for abs I did a combination of Insanity and Ab Ripper X because yeah.
My sister joined me for Interval today. By which I mean, my sister got through the second stage of the warmup and gave up. Which I pretty much expected.
Other than that it was business as usual.

THEY PROBABLY SUCKED AND I WOULD HAVE COMPLAINED
So my toe has become the official first causality of shitty gaskets. About 25 lbs fell on it today as I tried to pick up a weight I had literally JUST used and the gasket fell off. But I think it’s fine. But still. Wweh.
Other than that, nothing to report. I fucking sped through it, though. Because I want to go to bed. Also, I did Ab Ripper X just because it’s been a few weeks and I missed it.
The recovery drink doesn’t taste all that bad when I blend a banana in. This post has no coherence.
